I keep getting an error that says, “Zip code does not match billing address.” Why is that?

For your order to go through, you must provide us with the zip-code of where you receive your credit card statements. If you supply the wrong-zip code, your order will not go through.

How do I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns and exchanges on all their orders as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchasing the item.

Note that returned products must be in new conditions, unworn and with original packaging to qualify for a refund.

If you'd like to process a return, please go to https://pietra.store/s/cbum/returns and enter your order number and shipping address zip code. You'll need to indicate the item(s) you wish to return. Our system will then generate a shipping label that you can use to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate size changes or exchanges if/when the products are sold out.

Once we receive your package back, please give us 1 week for us to process your return and exchange.

Note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping to send the product back to us. We will cover the shipping to send the product back to you if you get an exchange. Also, the shipping amount paid for in the initial order will not be refunded when an item is returned.

Why am I being charged an import fee when I paid shipping? 

This fee is an import fee/tax charged by your country. This has nothing to do with the shipping cost associated with your order. Unfortunately, this is not made known to us ahead of time whether you will be charged a fee or not. It's determined upon its arrival in your country. If you do not wish to pay the import fee, you can reject the package and it will be sent back to our warehouse. Upon its arrival back, we can refund you for the order.

Why is my order marked as delivered on my tracking information, but I have not received my order? (International Shipments)

If your tracking shows "delivered," but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. You'll need to request it to be delivered or pick it up. For some reason when it's shipped international, they mark it as "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office.

Why is my package stuck in transit? It's been 1-2 months and I have yet to receive my package, where is it? (International Shipments)

I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, I only have access to the same tracking info, but I can assure you that your package is working its way through transit. It’s taking a bit longer due to the safety precautions put in place by the post office due to covid. If the package appears stuck, It should begin moving again shortly.

How quickly do you process and ship orders?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days.

For International orders, they are shipped within 5-7 business days, but it can take up to 15 days following order processing for delivery through local post. If you package is marked as delivered in your country, but you have not received anything, please call you local post and they will be able to assist. For some reason, they mark the package as delivered when it arrives at your local post office.

Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depends on what shipping method was chosen.

USPS Priority Mail Intl – 5-15 Business Days Depending on the Country

Due to the current state of the world, the post office is taking extra precautions so you can expect some delays on shipping times.

What do I do if my package is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier?

Cbum-fitness.com is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Cbumfitness.com is not responsible for any package (s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?

We do not have control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees.
